Rennes le Chateaux
'The Avalon Grail Maidens' Dechen and Anna-Saqqara lead the Pilgrimage firstly to Rennes le Chateaux to explore the Mystery and Magic of the regions sacred sites, Cathar Castles powerful earth energies and hot springs. We will be guiding special dedications to Mary Magdalene and tuning in to the Earth Energies of the sacred sites.
We will be staying at Lavaldieu an ancient Hamlet and property of 50h.a.
Close to the enigmatic village of Rennes-le-Chateau (5km), and the thermal spa of Rennes-les-Baines(7km), in the Languedoc region of southern France, close to Pyrenees.
The Guest house (dated 1774) has 5 large shared rooms, 2 studio flats and a dance/group meditation room surrounded by a grassy courtyard with impressive views of the Buarach Mountain and the Castle of Bezu
Organic Vegetarian breakfast and diner are provided in the rustic dining room with beautiful wooden beams and flagstone floor.
SAINT MAXIMIN LA SAINTE BAUME
Here we journey to the Basilica at St Maxime where some of her remains are to this day. The pilgrimage then takes us to an Ancient cave at St Baume a stunning mountainside Chapel dedicated to Mary Magdalene. Where it's believed she lived in hermitage in the final yrs of her life.
LES-SAINTES-MARIES-DE-LA-MARE
PILGRIMAGE to the 'Gypsy queen ' festival and feast of the three Mary's -Magdalene, Salome, Jacobe

This is also known as the 'Gypsy Pilgrimage' as thousands of Gypsy's arrive from all over Europe to honour Sainte Sara (the Gypsy Queen) the black handmaiden who travelled with the female disciples when they landed in the Camargue in AD 45 along with Marha Lazarus and Maxim.
Another feature of this area are the white horses of the Camargue ridden by the 'Guardians' local French 'cowboys' who still herd the Camargue Bulls bread especially for the 'Bull athletics'' held in the towns arena. We especially recommend riding these famous white horses through the Marshes and along the beaches edge.
We will be staying in a beautiful hotel in walking distantance of the town,
With a heated swimming pool, restaurant, bar and beautiful grounds.

The Magdalene feast day has been celebrated for the past 3yrs as a Pilgrimage in the Glastonbury landscape. Tuning into our innate spiritual connection to the land through music, dance and sound.
To raise consciousness of the divine feminine through out the world. Mary Magdalene represents the balance of the sacred marriage with Jesus Christ whether she was actually married to him or not. She has now been recognised by the church as one of the premier disciples.
Grail Maidens
Anna Saqqara. Has travelled extensively in Egypt, and trained in the Egyptian mysteries. Her work comes from the heart and has developed through the Ancient mysteries.
Anna is an Artist, Dancer, Director, and Reiki Master.
Dechen Chodron, has trained with Tibetan Larmas, travelled to the East,
Journeyed through Egypt and worked with Aboriginal Elders. Her life experience has opened her eyes to many cultures.
Dechen is a Teacher, Artist, and Egyptian dancer, Healer
Storyteller, director and filmmaker.
